  • Handle front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and taking prospective members on tours.
  • Facilitate account updates and respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized club environment, including assisting with daily cleaning and organization tasks.
  • Close shift for the business day and create a bank deposit for the next day.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • A passion for fitness and health.
  • Upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Punctuality and reliability are a must.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers.
  • Strong listening skills, with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
  • Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions, using appropriate behavior and language.
  • CPR certification required.
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
