Job Overview

The Member Services Representative will play a vital role in creating a positive member experience at Planet Fitness. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
  • Handle front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and facilitating new member sign-ups.
  • Assist with maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
  • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • A passion for fitness and health.
  • Upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to interact positively with members and coworkers.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Diplomacy and professionalism in all interactions.
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • CPR/AED Certification required.
  • Availability to work weekends.
