As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Your primary goal will be to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, while also identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat
- Upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- 1+ year of call center and/or customer service experience preferred
- Critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient communication that includes telephone, verbal and written skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Internet and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
