Dedicated Medication Aide/CNA Position at Kendal at Lexington

Overview: Kendal at Lexington is seeking a compassionate Registered Medication Aide/CNA to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to residents in accordance with their care plans and state regulations.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate medication administration records.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for all residents.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide holistic care.
Requirements:
- Valid Medication Aide and CNA license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing quality care.
