Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Marshall Lifestyle Medicine as a Business Development Representative. This role will be based at our Hamburg spa location and will involve creating a 5-star experience for our patients, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating relationships with patients to create excitement and fun about our culture, products, and services
- Providing hospitality, patient care, and upselling our products and services
- Managing inventory and maintaining a clean and healthy working environment
- Supporting our providers as an aesthetic assistant in delivering exceptional outcomes and experiences
- Collecting and uploading before and after photos pre and post aesthetic treatments
Requirements:
- Aesthetic experience preferred
- Office/administrative experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- MS Office experience preferred
- Detail/task-oriented and reliable
