ROLE SUMMARY

The administrative coordinator will report directly to the Project Managers (PMs), Construction Coordinators (CCs), and accounting staff, handling daily administrative tasks. Strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional customer service abilities are essential for this position. This role also serves as the primary liaison for all incoming leads through interactions with customers, agents, adjusters, and property managers.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • High degree of professionalism
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Typing proficiency of 60 wpm (accuracy prioritized over speed)
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • Enjoyment in customer interactions – adept at managing challenging or emotional clients
  • Intermediate computer skills in MS Word and Excel; ability to learn specialized software tools, including job management, estimating, and accounting programs.
  • Capability to prioritize, organize, and execute multiple tasks within set deadlines.
  • Proficiency in proofreading – must identify and correct spelling, grammar, and contextual errors in estimating programs, including tax-related issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding office environment, with quick adaptability to changing priorities
  • Competence in managing competing customer service demands
  • Capacity to handle high-pressure situations and diverse personalities
