ROLE SUMMARY

The administrative coordinator will report directly to the Project Managers (PMs), Construction Coordinators (CCs), and accounting staff, handling daily administrative tasks. Strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional customer service abilities are essential for this position. Additionally, this role serves as the primary liaison for incoming leads through customer interactions, including calls from agents, adjusters, and property managers.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • High degree of professionalism
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Typing proficiency – 60 wpm (accuracy is prioritized over speed)
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • Enjoyment in customer interactions – ability to manage challenging or sensitive situations
  • Computer proficiency – intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel; must be willing to learn specialized software tools for job management, estimating, and accounting.
  • Capability to prioritize, organize, and execute multiple tasks within designated timelines.
  • Proofreading skills – ability to identify and correct spelling, grammar, and contextual errors in estimating software, including tax-related issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding office environment, with the capacity to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Competence in managing competing customer service demands
  • Ability to navigate high-pressure situations and diverse personalities
