Position Overview: We are seeking a Youth Support Specialist to assist high-needs youth within our Therapeutic Group Home program. Key responsibilities include managing behaviors, intervening during crises, providing academic assistance, and supporting Individualized Service Plans.

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with the clinical team, maintain effective communication with residents and their families, and demonstrate creativity in their approaches. Previous experience with children, particularly those facing behavioral or mental health challenges, is highly valued.

Qualifications: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Services is preferred. A minimum of 3 months of relevant experience is necessary.
