Position Overview

Residential Therapeutic Aide

Compensation: $15 - $17 per hour, determined by the candidate's qualifications and experience.

This role requires availability from 2pm to 9pm on weekdays, with weekend availability being a plus.

We are seeking a Residential Therapeutic Aide to interact with youth exhibiting high levels of need within our Therapeutic Group Home program. Key responsibilities include behavior management, crisis intervention, academic assistance, and contributing to personalized service plans.

This position involves working closely with the clinical team to meet resident objectives, ensuring effective communication with residents, caregivers, and supervisors. The ideal candidate should exhibit creativity and adaptability in their approach and possess skills in managing children with behavioral challenges.

Qualifications: High School Diploma, experience in child-focused roles, and ideally a minimum of 3 months' experience with youth facing behavioral or mental health challenges. A Bachelor's degree in Human Services is preferred.
