Job Summary

Pfeiffer Vacuum Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within your assigned territory. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management to ensure visibility into sales performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Pfeiffer Vacuum Inc. remains competitive in the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Physics and Physical Science.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or customer support.
  • Strong knowledge of vacuum technology and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to travel frequently, with a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
