Job Description:

As a seasoned Technical Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our integrated circuit solutions business sales. We are seeking a candidate with strong technical skills in Design Automation, FPGA, or ASIC Design to work with our Mil-Aero and Industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Search for new clients who can benefit from our products or services and maximize their potential in designated regions
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, managing and interpreting their requirements
  • Persuade clients that our products or services best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery
  • Develop technical and cost proposals
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events
  • Make technical presentations and demonstrate how our products meet client needs
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
  • Responsible for presales technical engagements
  • Closing business by providing technical sales support during various stages of the sales cycle
  • Travel up to 30% is anticipated. Ability to work with customers to understand their high-level requirements and design solutions
  • Responsible for understanding the technical requirements and forecasts realistic customer requirements
  • Support business case development
  • Contribute to the development of the overall ASIC architecture
  • Support of the IC Design, Test, and Product teams during the development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in the Semiconductor industry
  • 3+ years of experience in Design Automation, FPGA, or ASIC Design
  • Experience working with Mil-Aero customers and/or Industrial customers a plus
  • Proven track record of documenting technical requirements
  • Experience working with systems that include some of the following: linear and switching voltage regulators, high/low side power switches, digital drivers, amplifiers, ADCs, SPI, CAN, microprocessors, thermal considerations, EMC considerations
  • Understanding of analog, digital, and mixed-signal design fundamentals
  • Must have strong technical documentation and verbal communication skills
  • Candidates must possess excellent organizational skills, good English oral and written communications skills, and a high level of interpersonal skills
  • Must be a self-motivated team player with the ability to work in a customer-oriented, fast-paced, and demanding environment with minimal supervision
  • Leadership qualities: Integrity, attention to detail, goal-oriented, and motivated to improve
  • Skilled in use of common computer applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
