Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor at Audi of Nashua, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group.

About the Role

  • As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care to our clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • You will work closely with customers to determine their vehicle needs, prepare sold vehicles for delivery, and maintain a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Additionally, you will be expected to keep abreast of new products, features, and accessories, and attend product and sales training courses as determined by sales management and manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally greet and offer assistance to customers in a friendly and energetic manner.
  • Determine customer vehicle needs by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Prepare sold vehicles for delivery prior to customer arrival.
  • Deliver new vehicles to customers and lay the foundation for customer loyalty.
  • Maintain the prospect development process in the CRM.
  • Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, and their benefits to customers.
  • Attend product and sales training courses as determined by sales management and manufacturer.
  • Report to the Sales Managers regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Requirements

  • Motivated self-starter with ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong influential skills for building long-term relationships with customers.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • Automotive sales experience a plus.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Excel.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Ability to communicate in a positive, professional manner verbally and written.
  • Saturdays are required, and must be able to work one Sunday per month.
