Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor at Audi of Nashua, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group.
About the Role
- As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care to our clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- You will work closely with customers to determine their vehicle needs, prepare sold vehicles for delivery, and maintain a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Additionally, you will be expected to keep abreast of new products, features, and accessories, and attend product and sales training courses as determined by sales management and manufacturer.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally greet and offer assistance to customers in a friendly and energetic manner.
- Determine customer vehicle needs by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Prepare sold vehicles for delivery prior to customer arrival.
- Deliver new vehicles to customers and lay the foundation for customer loyalty.
- Maintain the prospect development process in the CRM.
- Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, and their benefits to customers.
- Attend product and sales training courses as determined by sales management and manufacturer.
- Report to the Sales Managers regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.

Requirements
- Motivated self-starter with ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong influential skills for building long-term relationships with customers.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Automotive sales experience a plus.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Excel.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
- Ability to communicate in a positive, professional manner verbally and written.
- Saturdays are required, and must be able to work one Sunday per month.
