Regional Sales Manager in Training

Trinity Solar Careers is seeking a motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager in Training to join our New Hampshire team. As a leader in the residential solar industry, we pride ourselves on understanding the needs of our customers, providing top-notch service and support, and contributing to a cleaner planet.

With solar expected to grow 400% in the next 2 years, now is the time to join our high-performing sales team as we focus on continuing to grow our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Run weekly sales calls and monthly sales meetings to drive sales performance
- Oversee employee trainings and development programs to ensure team success
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region
- Conduct in-home and over-the-phone sales to warm prospects and pursue multiple outbound marketing initiatives
- Proven inside sales experience (2-4 years)
- Previous solar sales experience required
- Demonstrated ability to over-achieve quota consistently
- Strong phone and in-home presence
- Proficient with CRM systems and video conferencing tools
