Job Summary

The Dental Implant Sales Director will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for our organization. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to lead a team of inside sales representatives and develop long-term relationships with patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Mentor a Team of Inside Sales Representatives
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service
    • Conduct regular coaching sessions, provide constructive feedback, and foster a positive team environment
  • Drive Sales Growth and Revenue
    • Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, including conversion rates and sales pipeline
    • Identify trends and opportunities to improve sales performance
  • Develop and Maintain Patient Relationships
    • Assist potential patients in the decision-making process using our consult process
    • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current patients to ensure a smooth hand-off between consult and treatment
  • Collaborate with Operations Management Team
    • Work closely with the operations management team to address and resolve any issues impacting sales and patient satisfaction

Experience and Qualifications
  • 5-7 Years Combined Managerial and B2C Selling Experience
  • Experience in Building and Maintaining Patient Relationships
Compensation and Benefits
  • $65,000-$75,000 Base Compensation + Uncapped Sales Incentive Plan
