Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive Field Representative to join our team at FedEx. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business development, maintaining and deepening customer relationships, and achieving personal and company sales goals within a defined geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business by identifying potential new customers and growing revenue through face-to-face customer contact and analysis of customer needs.
  • Maintain existing business by developing an understanding of the customer's business and supply chain through research and customer interaction.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
  • Negotiate fair, competitive market-based pricing within parameters set by FedEx.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or four years of business-to-business sales experience.
  • Ability to travel overnight as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Mid-level negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of new and existing technology tools, such as internal systems, mobile devices, and PowerPoint.
