Strategic Learning and Development Professional

About the Role:
The Arc Central Chesapeake Region is seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our People & Culture division, you will be responsible for designing and delivering professional development opportunities that align with our strategic plan and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver expert-level professional development opportunities for employees at all levels of the organization
• Provide ongoing coaching support to people managers and other employees to improve performance and quality of services
• Manage and support the Learning & Development Facilitator and act as the organization's subject matter expert on topics related to leadership development, change management, DEI, Coach Approach, and other assigned areas
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, education, or a related field
• 5 years of experience creating, leading, and facilitating management and professional development coaching and/or training sessions
• Master's degree in organizational development, human resources, or adult education preferred
• APTD Certification through the Association for Talent Development preferred
