Pinnacle Group, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Learning Program Manager to create and implement learning and development programs within the company. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating and marketing internal learning programs, as well as experience with presentation and communication tools.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of influencing and interacting with team members, stakeholders, and upper management at all levels. They will be comfortable working in a global organization with team members across different regions.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Creating and implementing learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Marketing and communicating these programs to internal stakeholders.
  • Presentation and communication skills to effectively share information with various audiences.
  • Project management and organization skills to prioritize and multitask.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience working in the financial services industry and a proven ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines. They must be an open-minded, independent, problem-solving, and highly motivated team player.
