Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to manage the full life cycle of employee management and ensure compliance with all HR regulations and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete employee life cycle from onboarding to termination using HRIS.
  • Manage employee benefits, ensuring compliance and updating records.
  • Conduct safety meetings and site visits, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Process Workers' Compensation, FMLA, and Short-term Disability claims, and track insurance claims.
  • File necessary reports to federal and state governments, including EEO1 submissions and OSHA logs.
  • Reconcile third-party bills and assist with insurance audits and bid documentation.

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources or a related role, with exposure to various HR functions.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, including labor relations, benefits, and workplace safety.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.

A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role would be $40,000 to $60,000 annually.
