Job Description:

The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies to drive business results at Emergency Physicians Professional Association. This includes designing and delivering training programs, managing succession planning, and conducting performance evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure continuity of critical roles.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives, including recognition and reward programs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations to drive business results.
