We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Nelson-Rudie & Associates, Inc.

Job Summary

This is a hybrid role, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • SOURCE AND SCREEN CANDIDATES THROUGH VARIOUS CHANNELS, INCLUDING JOB BOARDS, SOCIAL MEDIA, AND NETWORKING EVENTS.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in recruiting within the Engineering sector is preferred.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ($85,000 - $110,000 per year), benefits including medical, dental, vision and life insurance, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), 401(k), bonus program and flexible working hours.
