Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at Players Health. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our employer brand and driving business growth through strategic recruitment and talent acquisition.

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify ideal candidates.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, providing timely communication and a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with the Chief People Officer to enhance our employer brand and reputation.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to inform strategy and improve outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR role.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and ability to adapt to changing hiring needs.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
  • Superb communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
