Job Summary

Nations Roof LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our Corporate Office team. As a key member of our business center, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, supporting construction projects, and providing administrative support to our team.

This is a full-time, hourly position based in Mobile, AL, with a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts and provide exceptional customer service
  • Support construction projects from start to finish
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, payroll processing, and accounts payable/receivable
  • Assist with screening and hiring process, onboarding new hires, and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies and personnel files
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in an office support role, preferably in a construction company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and accounting software
