Administrative Support Specialist

Ava Technologies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Office Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to our team members
- Managing office materials and supplies
- Handling inbound communications and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Organizing meetings and events
- Maintaining filing systems and performing data entry as needed
- Managing financial records and accounts payable/receivable
- Assisting with payroll processing and generating financial reports
- Ensuring adherence to budget and expense tracking
Requirements
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in administrative support roles, especially with executives, is preferred
- Experience with third-party payroll processing is preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Enterprise is essential
