Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Chiropractic Office Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clinical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our chiropractic office.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to our chiropractic team
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling patient communications
  • Process medical billing and insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files
  • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a medical or administrative setting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with medical billing procedures and insurance
