Job Title: Senior Windows System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Windows System Administrator to join our global IT team in Mobile, Alabama. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting a high-performing IT environment, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain Windows environments, including Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Exchange Server
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and provide technical support to end-users
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our systems, including LANs and WANs
  • Manage the helpdesk portal and hardware support

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a traditional System Administrator
  • Proven experience working in a Windows environment
  • Strong skillset with Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft Exchange Server
  • Networking/troubleshooting experience with LAN/WAN, routing, and internet
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills:

  • CompTIA certification, or security background
  • Microsoft certifications such as MCITP
  • Ability to commute to Alabama office daily
  • BS in CS or similar educational background
  • Problem solving mindset
