About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Professional to join our team at American Heritage Credit Union. In this role, you will provide exceptional service and support to our members, working closely with our team to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class service and support to members via the PTM/ITM (Personal Teller Machine Interactive Teller Machine)
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to sell additional services to members
  • Perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to cash/check deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Conduct thorough account reviews to ensure member needs are met
  • Analyze and address member inquiries and issues using the ACS system

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Cash Handling and Customer Service required
  • Credit Union/Banking experience a plus
  • Flexible scheduling, including Saturdays

  • A salary range of $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience
