Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide exceptional support to patients and families, ensuring their needs are met with kindness, compassion, and expertise.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, resolving patient inquiries, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care. If you possess excellent communication skills, a calm demeanor under pressure, and a passion for delivering high-quality care, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve patient call issues and escalate concerns to management when necessary
  • Navigate electronic health records to access patient information and update records as needed
  • Make appointments, cancel or reschedule existing appointments, and confirm patient demographics
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and medical terminology a plus

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
