Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Officer to join our team at BMO U.S. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on market trends and conditions to inform business decisions.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $67,200.00 - $96,000.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement savings plans.
