Job Title: Business Development Senior Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Senior Specialist to join our team at Olsson. As a Business Development Senior Specialist, you will serve as a subject matter expert across the organization, focusing on land development and related markets.

Your role will involve advising technical teams and project leads during client pursuits, leveraging your expertise in business development strategy. You will also lead initiatives such as outbound client capture plans, intelligence gathering, go/no-go decisions, and interview preparation.

As the firm's brand ambassador in the Southwest geography, you will naturally connect with people and the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and manage business development plans and budgets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
