About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in B2B sales. As a Senior BDR, you'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying business opportunities, developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers, and closing high-value deals. Your expertise in inside and outside sales will enable you to navigate complex sales environments and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry.
  • Travel to job sites and client offices to strengthen relationships and close deals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closing, and maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute growth strategies and drive revenue.
Qualifications
  • Over 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated success closing high-value deals in complex sales environments.
  • Experience in inside and outside sales, with a willingness to travel to meet clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.
  • Experience in the construction or staffing industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools for managing leads and pipeline activities.
