Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at Home Care Providers of Texas. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Human Resources department by maintaining personnel files, assisting with interviews, performing background checks, data entry, filing, and training assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and records
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including scheduling interviews and conducting background checks
  • Perform data entry and filing tasks as needed
  • Provide training and support to employees as directed by HR Management
  • Assist with monthly audits and data analysis
  • Support the HR department with various projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Home Health or Home Healthcare setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in HR preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
