Key Responsibilities- Complete new-hire paperwork, including applications, I-9s, and data entry, while verifying documentation and maintaining records.
- Conduct new employee orientations, including Partner paperwork and file maintenance.
- Provide support to TD Partners by answering general HR-related questions and addressing benefits, leave of absence, and company policies.
- Assist with the termination process, including unemployment claims and related paperwork.
- Generate reports on key HR issues using data from the company's HR system.
- Support organizational training and development efforts, maintaining records and ensuring compliance with local governing bodies.
- Coordinate safety-related activities and maintain records.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in HR or a relevant administrative role.
- Proven knowledge of human resources processes and procedures.
- Strong MS Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with HR databases and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle confidential data and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
