Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Compass Group Careers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support in all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to file management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Aid with internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Preserve physical and electronic copies of employee records, including conducting monthly audits.
  • Verify I-9 documentation and track updates as required.
  • Coordinate with parking administration for new hire and current employee badges and track employee employment statuses.
  • Support the recruitment process by identifying candidates, managing recruitment statuses, and communicating with management and candidates.
  • Assist with terminations, pulling records, and updating the termination audit tracker.
  • Manage contract staffing for games or special events, timekeeping, and coordination and tracking of required documentation.
  • Coordinate orientation and training sessions, employee events, and performance management processes for annual compliance purposes.
  • Assist the HR Director with research projects and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Schedule meetings and manage the HR Director's calendar, prepare correspondence, and perform other clerical functions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience, preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, required.
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required.
