Are you a sales enthusiast looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for consumer technology and a knack for building relationships? We're seeking a highly motivated Part-Time Sales Specialist to join our team at Best Buy in Odessa, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Sonos, a leading brand in wireless audio, and showcase their innovative products to customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet program objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with store managers and associates to increase Sonos' sales in the assigned store.
  • Engage customers through product demonstrations, identify their needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Assist and train store personnel to effectively communicate Sonos information and promote sales.
  • Ensure Sonos products are displayed prominently and effectively on the sales floor.
  • Meet sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics.
  • Strong sales aptitude, enthusiasm, and a high degree of initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to present Sonos product information confidently to individuals and groups.
  • Reliable transportation to commute to the assigned Best Buy location.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 30lbs.
  • Access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet.

What We Offer:

  • Elevate your sales skills and experience with the latest innovations in home audio.
  • Competitive pay rate of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
  • Seasonal weekend schedule with 12 hours per week, Saturdays and Sundays, from October 7th to January 6th, with potential extension into the next year.
  • Sales bonuses up to 20% and a retention bonus for program completion.
  • W2 employment with biweekly pay and direct deposit.
  • Paid training to master Sonos products.
