Job Title: PSSR Sales Representative

Join Warren CAT as a PSSR Sales Representative and take on a challenging role that requires strong communication skills, business acumen, and a passion for sales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling parts and service to business and industrial establishments, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your time and territory effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing expert advice on Cat products and services.
  • Pursue new business opportunities, identifying and capitalizing on sales leads and partnerships.
  • Utilize Cat sales aids and tools to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, write, and interpret written, verbal, and diagram instructions and memos.
  • Strong listening skills, with the ability to absorb information and apply lessons-learned from customer feedback.
  • Driven, ambitious, and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a sales role.
