About the Role

As a key member of the OWN team, the Regional Vice President, Federal will play a critical role in driving growth and execution of a Federal Sales Program to maximize the adoption of OWN within the State and Local market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Drive, manage, and execute the business and revenue of the Federal Vertical within the Public Sector Team.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze regional market dynamics to maximize existing successes and create new sales growth opportunities.
  • Industry Expertise: Educate leadership on significant industry factors, including competitive products, regulations, trends, customer needs, and pricing.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Prepare forecasts, territory/industry management, and growth plans to ensure alignment with corporate revenue goals.
  • Team Management: Take over a small team of Federal reps across North America and grow the team and revenue to capacity.
  • Channel Partnerships: Work closely with Channel partners to drive revenue and growth.
  • Brand Development: Work cross-functionally to create a regional presence for the OWN Brand in DMV and Fed Markets.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 8 years in first-line leadership.
  • Sales Experience: At least 15 years of closing roles in SaaS sales through a two-tiered channel ecosystem, including distribution, corporate resellers, and value-added resellers.
  • Performance Track Record: High-performing individual with a proven track record of consistently exceeding established measurements for goals and objectives in the Public Sector.
  • Management and Communication Skills: Excellent management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of different sales methodologies and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, with a preference for SFDC knowledge.
