Regional Vice President, Federal Sales Leader

At Own, we're on a mission to empower organizations to protect and activate their SaaS data. As our Regional Vice President, Federal, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and execution of our Federal Sales Program. Your expertise will be instrumental in maximizing adoption of our platform within the State and Local market.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a business plan to drive revenue growth in the Federal Vertical
- Analyze regional market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities and optimize existing success
- Provide strategic insights to leadership on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive products
- Prepare forecasts, territory management plans, and growth strategies to ensure alignment with corporate revenue goals
- Lead a team of Federal reps across North America, driving growth and revenue to capacity
- Collaborate with Channel partners to drive revenue and growth
- Establish a regional presence for the Own Brand in DMV and Fed Markets
- Minimum 8 years of first-line leadership experience
- At least 15 years of closing roles in SaaS sales through a two-tiered channel ecosystem
- Proven track record of exceeding established measurements for goals and objectives in the Public Sector
- Strong consultative sales approach, partnering, and closing skills
- Expertise in contracts like GSA and NASA SEWP, as well as various buying vehicles
- Excellent management and communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of sales methodologies and CRM systems
