Enrollment Specialist

Remington College is in search of a dedicated Enrollment Specialist
If you are a driven, results-oriented individual with a background in public relations, sales, or customer service, and you possess a passion for facilitating the success of others, we invite you to consider this opportunity. We are seeking a skilled Enrollment Specialist to become part of our team. This role involves engaging with prospective students who are interested in our accredited degree and diploma programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with and interview potential students, guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Complete all necessary training programs related to admissions, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of policies, procedures, and relevant documentation.
- Provide accurate and thorough information about the institution and the educational programs available.
- Address inquiries from prospective and enrolled students, while refraining from in-depth discussions about financial aid.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with interested candidates.
- Lead campus tours for prospective students.
- Assist applicants in filling out enrollment forms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Represent the institution at various recruitment events as assigned.
- Distribute only approved marketing materials and program information to prospective students.
- Engage in additional duties or special projects as needed.
- Perform job responsibilities onsite as required, with the possibility of remote work when appropriate.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is highly preferred; however, substantial experience in sales, customer service, or management may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Compliance with state regulations regarding registration or licensure may be necessary.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Significant phone communication is a key component of this role.
- Applicants with experience in admissions at for-profit institutions are discouraged from applying.
- Flexibility and a strong sense of integrity are essential.
