Job Title: HR Benefits Specialist Job, long-term contract


Role Overview:

  • Administer comprehensive employee benefits
  • Manage annual open enrollment processes
  • Handle benefit inquiries and complaints
  • Maintain records of insurance coverage, retirement plans, and personnel transactions
  • Prepare and execute benefits documentation
  • Conduct benefits orientations, and explain benefits self-enrollment system
  • Process benefits enrollment and termination paperwork
  • Work closely with the payroll team for accurate benefit deductions
  • Analyze and evaluate trends in benefits programs
  • Utilize Excel for benefits data analysis and reports


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in HR benefits administration.
  • Strong experience with annual open enrollment.
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of regulations, filing and compliance requirements affecting employee benefits.
