Job Title: Network Epic Willow Application Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Network Epic Willow Application Analyst to join our team at The University of Vermont Health Network. The successful candidate will provide analysis and technical support for the software used to support clinical processes, working closely with end-users, vendors, and internal technical staff to ensure seamless integration of software applications with business and clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide analysis and technical support for the software used to support clinical processes
  • Work closely with end-users, vendors, and internal technical staff to ensure seamless integration of software applications with business and clinical operations
  • Develop a clear understanding of the software and tools used to configure the record to meet the needs of the end user following developed standards
  • Provide support coverage hours per day, 7 days per week, and be available for on-call coverage
  • Regularly travel throughout the UVM Health Network to support clinical processes and provide technical assistance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or formal technical training or equivalent experience
  • 5 or more years of Pharmacy or IT work experience strongly preferred
  • Prior operational responsibility for system adoption, troubleshooting, and workflow validation required
  • Epic certification required or achieved within days of hire with a maximum of three attempts
