Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective marketing and outreach plans to promote ABA therapy services to healthcare professionals and organizations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, facilities, diagnostic centers, and healthcare organizations.
- Meet or exceed profitable growth targets for client referrals and center census.
- Qualify inbound leads and refer them to the intake department for handling.
- Track and analyze referral data to inform marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with other management to identify and qualify potential new services to meet customer needs.
- Comply with policies and professional standards, and act independently and responsibly to perform duties on a consistent basis.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales and marketing experience in healthcare, mental health, education, or related therapies field.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience in sales and marketing in the service industry.
- Ability to travel and possess a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and required automobile insurance.
