Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development - Community Relations professional to join our team at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for promoting our ABA therapy services, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and outreach plans to promote ABA therapy services to healthcare professionals and organizations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, facilities, diagnostic centers, and healthcare organizations.
  • Meet or exceed profitable growth targets for client referrals and center census.
  • Qualify inbound leads and refer them to the intake department for handling.
  • Track and analyze referral data to inform marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other management to identify and qualify potential new services to meet customer needs.
  • Comply with policies and professional standards, and act independently and responsibly to perform duties on a consistent basis.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales and marketing experience in healthcare, mental health, education, or related therapies field.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience in sales and marketing in the service industry.
  • Ability to travel and possess a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and required automobile insurance.
