Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Hospital for Behavioral Medicine. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for implementing our business development strategy, developing new business opportunities, and maximizing referral potentials from assigned accounts.

Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with primary care physicians, licensed practitioners, and managed care organizations to drive business growth and achieve our business development goals.

You will work closely with our Director of Business Development to develop and implement business development plans, identify new business opportunities, and analyze market trends to inform our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with primary care physicians, licensed practitioners, and managed care organizations
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Develop and implement business development plans to achieve our business development goals
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform our business strategy
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to support our business development efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum of two years' experience in healthcare business development or marketing
  • Strong relationships with primary care physicians, licensed practitioners, and managed care organizations
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
