In this role, you will engage in telephone communications with healthcare providers, applicants, and agents, as well as conduct follow-up calls to gather medical documentation necessary for underwriting decisions. The expectation is to complete a minimum of 60 outbound calls daily. You will report to the designated supervisor and participate in team meetings held bi-monthly.

This is a full-time position requiring an 8-hour shift during standard business hours. Flexibility for occasional overtime may be necessary based on operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Proficient in computer usage, including familiarity with Microsoft Windows.
  • Ability to adhere to an 8-hour shift schedule during standard business hours, with potential for occasional overtime.
