YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a knowledgeable Media Supervisor to oversee daily operations for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role encompasses comprehensive media planning and buying, including target analysis, strategic development, client relations, media negotiations, program execution, and optimization.

As a Media Supervisor, you will serve as an educator and mentor, guiding your team through best practices in campaign planning, execution, and reporting. Your problem-solving skills will be essential as you anticipate client inquiries, develop timelines, and plan strategically for future initiatives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of cross-channel media planning, including online and offline activation, media metrics, billing processes, and performance analysis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and clients, focusing on effective media negotiations and strategic program execution.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients regarding strategic plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Utilize various measurement techniques to assess the best solutions for client needs.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members on industry trends and best practices.
  • Assist in the development of strategic plans through advanced media planning expertise.
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities, effective time management, and organizational skills.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional multitasking abilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in media planning.
  • Experience collaborating with data and analytics teams to evaluate campaign performance and derive insights.
  • Familiarity with consumer research tools and methodologies.
  • Proven project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Strong listening and collaborative skills, fostering a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
