We are seeking an experienced Advanced ASIC Verification Engineer to join our team at Cisco. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing complex ASICs using cutting-edge technologies.

About the Role:

This is a highly technical role that requires a strong background in digital design verification. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement verification strategies, create test plans, and debug issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop verification environments for ASICs
  • Create test plans and scripts to verify hardware and software functionality
  • Debug issues and optimize verification processes
  • Collaborate with system architects and software engineers to ensure seamless integration
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in digital design verification
  • Strong understanding of SystemVerilog and other verification languages
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Perl
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with emulation and FPGA prototyping
  • Understanding of networking technologies and concepts
  • Experience with C/C++ programming
