We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ASIC Design Engineer to join our AI Engine IP team. As a key member of the front-end design group, you will work closely with architects, verification engineers, and physical designers to achieve first-pass silicon success.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and driven designer/micro-architect with strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will deliver high-quality designs while identifying critical issues and finding ways to overcome them.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with architects, verification engineers, and physical designers to develop cutting-edge AI designs
  • Design digital micro-architecture and implement RTL coding in Verilog/SystemVerilog
  • Apply low power RTL design techniques using UPF methodology
  • Perform design flow quality checks, including Lint, CDC, RDC, and others
  • Optimize design area and ensure timing closure through synthesis, logic-depth reduction, and timing constraints
  • Interface with physical designers and integrate sub-systems and IPs into SoCs

Requirements:
  • 6 years of experience in ASIC implementation
  • Proficiency in digital design and Verilog/SystemVerilog RTL
  • Active knowledge of all aspects of ASIC and FPGA design flows
  • Low power analysis and design expertise
  • Experience with communication protocols, AXI or similar
  • Hands-on front-end design of multi-clock / multi-reset domain blocks
  • ECO implementation skills
  • Familiarity with design tools, including Spyglass, Questa CDC, Conformal, VCS, Verdi, and DVE
  • Shell/Tcl/Perl/Python scripting skills
  • Version control systems, such as Perforce, ICManage
  • Experience working in geographically-dispersed team environments
