Job Description

BHE Management Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our staff, including managing calendars, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating travel arrangements and schedules;
  • Preparing and editing documents and reports;
  • Organizing and maintaining files and databases;
  • Providing general administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.

Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year.
