About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrative Support to join our team at PrideStaff South Orange County Mission Viejo. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and utilize your organizational skills to contribute to the success of the company.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to type at least 40 WPM, and possess knowledge of modern office equipment and software. This is a temp-to-hire position with a starting hourly rate of $22, offering opportunities for growth and development within the organization.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Receiving and distributing mail and packages
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Managing office supplies and ordering materials as needed
  • Assisting with phone calls and responding to emails
