About the Role

BHE Management Corporation is a full-service HOA management company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and assisting with various tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing calendars and coordinating schedules;
  • Preparing and editing documents and reports;
  • Organizing and maintaining files and databases;
  • Providing general administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
