About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Small Business Sales Team at RingCentral. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the small business segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in the small business segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in solution-based selling, with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • B2B background, with experience in software, SaaS, or telecom industries preferred.
  • Complex selling, challenger approach, and energetic demeanor required.
  • Demonstrate talent and hustle, with the ability to drive sales cycles with IT decision-makers.
  • Exhibiting resourceful and strategic nature, with the ability to maximize leads, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Propensity for evergreen technologies, with a consummate student of their craft.
  • Forecasting and pipeline management knowledge required.
